- Education: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field from a recognized institution in India.

Job Description
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and updating HR policies, SOPs, and HR-related guidelines under supervision.
- Help consolidate and maintain a central repository of policies, manuals, and HR circulars.
- Support standardization efforts by documenting existing HR processes and workflows in a clear, structured manner.
- Coordinate with HR partners and relevant stakeholders (such as Finance/Payroll or local HR) to gather inputs required for labour compliance reviews.
- Support HR team on the aspects of policy updates, employee classifications, labour law compliance, and related documentation.
- Support communication of policy updates and clarifications through emails, FAQs, and internal posts.
