Detailed Eligibility:
- Candidates should be passed B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc/BCA in the relevant fields.
SOC Engineer – L1:
- Mandatory: Monitoring & Alerts, Provide L1 Support
- Experience: 3 – 4 Years
Service Desk /Sr. Service Desk Agents:
- Mandatory: Customer Service, Ticketing system & remote control software
- Experience: 3 – 10 Years
NOC Engineer:
- Mandatory: Monitoring tools Nagios or SolarWinds or Yotta, or similar
- Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Network Engineer:
- Mandatory: Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Checkpoint, Ekahau, Cradlepoint, & NetScaler
- Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Note: Preference to joiners on or before JAN 10, 2024
