Detailed Eligibility of GACL Recruitment-GACL Vacancy:

Educational Qualification – GACL Careers:

Chief Manager / Senior Manager (Finance):

B.Com. with CA (Final) / CMA (Final),
Candidate should have minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in finance department of manufacturing industries. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Chemicals industry

Senior Officer (HR – T&D):

MSW/ MBA (HR) / MHRM (full time) from government recognized university,
The incumbent must possess minimum 8 years of experience in following
- Should have understanding of all HR processes
- Develops training and development programs and objectives.
- Administers spending against the departmental budget.
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates for employee development and training events.
- Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Modifies programs as needed.
- To ensure ISO/ IMS compliances
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

Senior Chemist (QC):

M.Sc (Chemistry) full time from government recognized university,
He /She should have minimum 6 years experience in

Instrument calibration & validation.
BIS , IMS, Third party audit / inspection & liaison related documentation .
Maintain requirement of chemicals, glass wares, miscellaneous items.
Coordination with process department.
Maintenance of QA and QC related works.
To maintain FDA related documentation & records.
To attend customer complaint

Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Environment):

B.E (Environment) / M. Sc. (Environment)/ME/ MTech Environment (full time) from government recognized university,
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience of environment regulations, procedures for statutory approvals and plant operations.

Officer / Assistant Officer (Safety & Environment):

B.E (Environment) with PDIS from government recognized university,
Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Safety & Environment field of manufacturing industry.

Officer / Assistant Officer (Security):

Any Graduate with Defense experience,
The candidate should have served in defense force
The candidate should be JCO of defense force with minimum 17 years of experience or 5 years of defense experience with more than 3 years of experience as Security Officer / Asstt. Security Officer or above in a manufacturing industry or equivalent. The Sub Officer of central paramilitary force i.e. BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB with similar experience in industry are also eligible. He should be in shape 1 or equivalent medical category

Officer / Assistant Officer (Security):

Any Graduate with Defense experience,
The candidate should have served in defense force
The candidate should be Sepoy / NCO / JCO of defense forces with minimum 17 years of experience or minimum 5 years of service in force with 3+ years industrial experience as security officer.
The Constable/NCO of central paramilitary forces i.e., BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB with similar experience are also eligible.
He should be shape 1 or equivalent medical category.

Assistant Officer (Hygiene and Sanitation):

Any Graduate from govt recognized university. Sanitory Inspector Course from government recognized institute,
The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in
- Inspection and Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and work areas to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sanitation inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken. Document any deviations from sanitation protocols and report them to management for immediate resolution.
- Training and Education: Provide training to employees on proper sanitation procedures, including the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment sanitation, and personal hygiene practices.
- Corrective Action: Identify areas for improvement in sanitation practices and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. Ensure that sanitation issues are addressed promptly and effectively to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations regarding sanitation and food safety. Ensure that the manufacturing facility complies with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Communication: Collaborate with production teams, quality assurance personnel, and management to address sanitation-related concerns and implement best practices for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that sanitation equipment, such as cleaning tools and machinery, are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Audits and Reviews: Participate in internal and external audits of sanitation practices and procedures. Assist in preparing for regulatory inspectio

Executive Trainee (Chemical):

B.E / B.Tech (Chemical) from government recognized university ,
Only those candidates who have passed their B.E / B. Tech degree from the year 2021 to 2024 can apply. The candidates should have secured min. 60% and above marks in Bachelor’s Degree.
Priority in selection shall be given to those candidates who had appeared in the GATE examination of 2021 , 2022 , 2023 and 2024. On the basis of the GATE scores, a merit list for each year of appearing will be prepared for the selection process. Hence, all the candidates are requested to mention their recent GATE Marks out of 100 and year of appearing. Candidates are requested not to upload their percentile in GATE Marks out of 100.
Candidates having relevant Post Qualification experience of Engineering Services in large size Chemicals/Chlor-Alkali / Petrochemical industries will be an added advantage.
Preference may be given to candidates having domicile of Gujarat.

Trainee Operation Assistant (Diploma Chemical Engineer):

Diploma Chemical from a recognized university,
This position is on contract basis for 01 year as Trainee Operation Assistant. On completion of 01 year training, he / she will be re-designated based on performance as Operation Assistant (On Contract) for 04 years.
The candidates who have completed their diploma in 2021 ,2022, 2023 and 2024 can only apply.
He/ She should have min 60% marks secured in Diploma Chemical Engineering.
The candidate having experience in Chlor-Alkali industry will be an added advantage

Trainee Maintenance Assistant (Diploma Electrical Engineer):

Diploma (Electrical) from government recognized university,
The candidates who have completed their diploma in 2021,2022, 2023 and 2024 can only apply.
He/ She should have min 60% marks secured in Diploma Electrical Engineering.
The candidate having experience in Chlor-Alkali industry will be an added advantage.

Duration:

Recruitment for the advertised positions are initially for fixed term period of 03 years on company roll . On completion of 03 years of period stated above, the employee will be considered for appointment on company¿s regular roll which shall be subject to performance of individual and organizational needs.
For Executive Trainees, initially all selected and competent candidates will be offered on-contract appointment of 03 years.. First year will be for on-the-job training. Upon review of performance of first year, if found satisfactory, the incumbent will be absorbed in management cadre at suitable level for 02 years of fixed tenure.
