• Graduation year of passing: 2021 & 2020
• Percentage: 65% above

CTC per Annum:

• Salary: 2.5 LPA + 1 Lakh Incentive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage different types of candidates at the same time
• Well versed in recent Technologies, sourcing & screening of the candidates
• Well acquainted with candidate engagement from screening to onboarding
• Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
• Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
• Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done

Job purpose:

• Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates
