Fluid Control Research Institute has been established by the Government of India. It was started as a project in 1984 with techno-commercial inputs from UNDP/UNIDO and was dedicated to the Nation in 1989 by the President of India Shri. R. Venkataraman. It is one of the best Research and Calibration/Test Laboratories around the world and a center of excellence in flow measurement.

Graduate Engineer Trainee:

B. Tech Instrumentation Engg/ Mechanical Engg.
Experience: 1 year

Diploma Engineer Trainee:

Diploma Instrumentation/Diploma Mechanical
Experience: 1 year

Graduate Engineer:

B. Tech Instrumentation Engg/ Electronics Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3 years

ITI Technician Trainee/ITI Technician:

Mechanic Refrigeration &AC (MRAC)
Experience: 1 – 5 years

Graduate Executive Trainee:

Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0 – 1 year

Graduate Engineering Apprentice:

B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engg/Mechanical Engg/Civil Engg

Diploma Engineering Apprentice:

Diploma in Instrumentation Engg/Mechanical Engg/Electrical Engg

Graduate Apprentice:

Any 3 year degree (non – engineering)

ITI Apprentice:

Refrigeration & AC (MRAC)/ Fitter / Welder / Plumber/ Carpenter / wireman /electrician / Computer
operator & programming assistant (COPA) /Secretarial Assistant or Stenographer

Note:

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering: Industrial experience in concerned field relevant to the Engineering / trade including machine shop, test/calibration laboratory, Valves / flow measurement related technical activities, experience in Analytical / Technical software including in MATLAB/ LabVIEW, Data Analysis / Python programming, System Integration/ Servicing/ Installation & Commissioning works, Substation & Electrical infrastructure maintenance, etc,.
ITI Technician/Trainee shall have relevant experience in operation & maintenance of centralized air conditioners, Package ACs / Split-ACs, etc.
Graduate Executive Trainee: Experience in good programming with skill / knowledge in PHP/HTML with SQL for Forms and Work Flow, Web page development, etc and Experience in HR / Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management, Talent management, etc. Desirable: MBA or PGDBM in Finance / HR after graduation.

Duration of the Training: ONE YEAR and based evaluation of his/her performance, the tenure is extendable by ONE year at a time (for upto maximum 3 year period).
