Education Qualification:

Returnship Program for Sales/ Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, and Supply chain/Business Planning:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical) from a recognized university with a minimum 6.5 CGPA out of 10 or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience currently must be on a career break while applying.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership and good communication skills.
• Possess attributes such as attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Willing to work from the office.

Note:

• Sales/Marketing:
  • Refer candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Automotive, FMCG, Beverages, Paints, Chemical or similar trade
• Supply chain/Business Planning:
  • Preference in an industry that both manufactures and distributes goods, e.g. Chemical, Consumer Packed Goods, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing etc.
  • Tableau and/or Power BI for visualization, Power Query, Excel Visual Basics for Application (VBA), and John’s Macintosh Project (JMP) for analytics.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) and Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for office, and various database and data warehousing solutions.
