Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering (B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering).
- Good communication skills

Job Objective: To support product and material validation through precise testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in the in-house laboratory.
Responsibilities:
- To assist with the testing and validation of final products as well as raw materials/components in inhouse test laboratory. This can include environmental, mechanical, electrical, or chemical testing.
- Accurately record and document test data, observations, and results. Maintain organized records of all testing activities.
- Assist in developing and refining test methodologies and procedures. This involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Basic maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure safety, reliability and accuracy of testing.
- Draft clear and concise technical reports summarising test results.
- Work with a cross-functional team to troubleshoot and diagnose product failures or unexpected test results.
