Engineer, MTT:
- B.E./M.E. in Electrical or Systems Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience
- 1 โ 3 years of experience designing, deploying and maintaining test equipment and fixtures for a production environment
- Experience leading testing teams in developing test platforms
- Strong Python programming skills and use of SVN tools (Mercurial or Git)
- Database experience (SQL or similar)
- Expertise with power electronics
- Extensive experience with rack and stack test platforms(ATE)
- Knowledge of battery chemistry, EV technology is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working with geographically dispersed teams consisting of Electronics Hardware Engineers, Software Engineers and Engineering Technicians
- Evaluating Marketing and Engineering Requirement Documents to develop robust Test Requirements that drive reliability while reducing the cost of test
- Evaluating applicable standards for each product and designing test platforms to implement required testing
- Developing and documenting test system design and maintenance routines, including calibration, replacement schedule, repeatability test, etc.
- Coordinating closely with the Mfg. SW Development Team to design and ensure a fault-tolerant test system
- Maintaining, debugging and supporting the production facilities where the test systems are deployed
- Driving closed loop response to factory and field failures (RMA) by identifying test gaps and opportunities

What you will do:
- Enphase support teams work 24*7 and 365 days a year. Candidate will be required to answer inbound Emails / Chats / Phone calls from Enphase customers during assigned hours, willing to work on weekends & nights (9:00 PM & 11:00 PM) shifts
- Conducting remote troubleshooting of Enphase products.
- Troubleshooting, approving and executing warranty claims.
- Providing pre-sales information about Enphase products.
- Assisting with the activation of new Enphase sites as needed.
- Documenting all activity in a central CRM/Help Desk software platform.
- Coordinating with Enphase Engineering with tracking of field issues, and subsequent product modifications, logging product bugs in a central database.
- Assisting other team members with troubleshooting and/or administrative tasks as needed.
- Following departmental conventions and procedures.
- Participating in ongoing training/education of industry standards and Enphase product-specific information.
- Professionally represent Enphase via all communication mediums.
- Abiding by all company policies and standards of conduct contained in the Enphase Energy employee manual.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
