Detailed Eligibility:
Junior Research Fellow:
- BE/B. Tech in the above disciplines is in the first division of a recognized university with a valid GATE score as of the interview date. Or
- ME/MTech from a recognized university in the above disciplines in first division at the Graduate & Post-graduate level.
- Computer Science & Engineering: Computer Science / Engg Computer Science & Automation AI & ML Artificial Intelligence Data Science AI & DS Information Science
- Electronics Electronics& Communication Engineering: Electronics Electronics& Communication Electronics & Tele-communication Electronics & Control Tele-Communication
- Electrical Engineering: Electrical/Electrical & Power System/Electrical & Electronics Engg/Power Engg/Power Electronics
Tenure: Initially, the offer should be for two years, which may be extended for a further two years (one: Year at a time) subject to satisfactory performance to be assessed by the Review Committee.
Upper Age Limit: 28 years as of as date of the interview,
Age Relaxation: The age relaxation is Five years for SC/ST and Three years for OBC (Non-creamy layer ) candidates. Caste certificate copy is to be enclosed with the application, if applicable.
Stipend: As admissible, monthly emoluments of Rs.37,000/- pm plus House Rent Allowance (HRA).
