Detailed Eligibility – DRDO PXE Jobs:
Educational Qualification:
Junior Research Fellow (Electronics & Communication/Mechanical Engineering):
- Graduate Degree in professional course (B.E/B.Tech) in Electronics & Communication/Mechanical Engineering in first division with GATE qualification. OR
- Post graduate degree in professional course (M.E/M.Tech) in Electronics & Communication/Mechanical Engineering in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
Note: Valid GATE score in the above subject is mandatory
Duration of fellowship: 02 years (may be extended further & upgraded to SRF as per rule)
Age Limit (As on 08 January 2026): 28 years
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is allowed up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates only.
Stipend: Rs. 37,000.00 per month with HRA and medical facilities as per rules.
