DRDO ITM Jobs – Detailed Eligibility:
Education Qualification:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- Postgraduate degree in Science in first division with NET qualification OR
- Graduate degree in engineering (B.E/B.Tech) in first division with valid GATE score OR
- Postgraduate degree in engineering (M.E/M. Tech) in the first division at both the graduate and postgraduate levels.
Tenure: Initially for 02 (two) years. Can be upgraded and extended maximum upto period of 05 years (including initial period of 02 years) subject to satisfactory performance to be assessed as per DRDO instructions.
Age Limit (As on 22 April 2025): 28 years
Age Relaxation:
- Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates.
- For other category of candidates the age relaxation will be as per government policy.
Stipend: Rs. 37,000/-
