Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER) under the aegis of DRDO is engaged in Research & Development in the area of Field Portable and Hybrid Energy Systems, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAT) from Camelina, Military Micro Grids, Combined Heat and Power Systems (CHP) for high altitude and Cold regions, High altitude waste disposal system ete for supporting armed forees nm cold/extreme cold and High-altitude areas. Detailed Eligibility – DRDO DIBER Jobs:
Educational Qualification:
Junior Research Fellowship:
- Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or similar subject (B.E./B.Tech.) in first division with a valid NET/GATE from a recognized University / Institute. OR
- Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or a similar subject (M.E/M.Tech.) in the first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level from a recognized University / Institute. OR Equivalent
- Desirable: Preference will be given to those who have industrial exposure to related subjects. OR
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with first division both at Graduate & Post Graduate Level with NET. OR Equivalent,
- Desirable: Preference will be given to those who have one or more years of research experience in a relevant field.
Ph.D Programme: JRF will be allowed to register for Ph.D. with recognised University Institution under MoU with DIBER during the tenure of fellowship.
Age Limit:
- Age not exceeding 28 years for JRF as on the date of interview.
Age Relaxation:
- Age relaxation is allowed upto 3 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates respectively as per Govt. rules.
Note: The selected candidate may be permitted to register for Ph.D program from either Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi or Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
Salary details of DRDO DIBER Careers:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will be paid Rs. 37000/- with HRA as stipend
