Education Qualification:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- B.E/B.Tech in below disciplines first division with valid GATE score. Only GATE scores of 2024 & GATE score of 2025 are acceptable. OR
- ME/M.Tech in below disciplines in first division both at Graduate & Post-graduate level.

- Computer Science & Engineering: Computer Science/Engg/Technology, Computer Science & Engg/Technology, Computer Science/Engg & IT, Software Engg/Technology, Computer Science & Automation Engg/Tech, Information Technology, Computer Science/Technology & Informatics Engg/Tech, Information Science & Engg/Technology. Tenure: Initially the offer shall be for a period of two years which may be extended for further two years period (one year at a time) subject to satisfactory performance to be assessed by Review Committee.
Age Limit (As on 31 December 2025): 28 years
Age Relaxation: 5 years relaxation to SC/ST candidates, 3 years to OBC (Noncreamy Layer) candidates.
Stipend: Monthly emoluments of Rs. 37,000/- pm plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as admissible.

Selection Process of DRDO CABS Jobs:
- The selection process will be based on a walk-in interview
- Initial screening and verification of testimonials will be done between 1000-1100 hrs on the above date of interview
- Interview of the screened shortlisted candidates will take place from 1100 hrs onwards
- While appearing for interview, candidates are required to produce all certificates/testimonials IN ORIGINAL for verification
- Candidate should bring Govt. issued Photo ID Proof such as Aadhar Card/PAN card/Passport etc in original.
