UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli – Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT):
- Post Graduate from recognized University in respective subject with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution. OR
- Post Graduate with at least 50% marks from recognized University in respective subject and B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed from any National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution
- Eligibility condition for medium specific teachers. The medium of study in SSC should be same as the medium in which they are applying.
Assistant Teacher (High School) / Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT):
- Graduate from recognized University in respective subject with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution OR
- 4-years degree of B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed from any National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.
- Eligibility condition for medium specific teachers. The medium of study in SSC should be same as the medium in which they are applying.
Asstt. Teacher, Primary / Upper Primary Schools (Elementary Education):
- Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
- Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.E1.Ed.) OR
- The candidate should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), conducted by the Central Government
- The Candidate should have studied in the concerned medium at Secondary level.
Note: Not Applicable for language subject viz. Gujarati/Marathi/Hindi English and etc.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years

Pay Scale:

- Asstt. Teacher, Primary / Upper Primary Schools (Elementary Education) – Rs.35,400-1,12,400/-
DNH Administration Selection Process:
Selection is based on the computer based examination.
Scheme of Examination:
- There will be 80 questions in the computer-based examination
- Each question carrys 01 marks.
- There will be negative marking.
- For each wrong answer, 0.25 mark will be deducted.
- 33% will be the passing cut-off in the written / computer-based examination.
Application Fee: Rs.100/-
Mode of Payment: The fees collected will be debited in the account of Staff Selection Board, Dadra 86 Nagar Haveli only.
