Stipend: Rs. 50K Per Month

Internship Duration: 6 Months (Potential full-time conversion based on performance.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end research initiatives: Own the full research lifecycle from identifying research questions aligned with business goals to delivering strategic, impactful recommendations.
Plan and execute mixed-method studies: Choose the right methods (and mix of methods) for each research question, using triangulation to generate compelling Insights.
Conduct qualitative & quantitative research: Run interviews, diary studies, surveys, literature reviews, max-diff, log analysis, and more across the product lifecycle with minimal supervision.
Translate research into product direction: Turn complex findings into clear, actionable Insights that inform product development and broader business strategy.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, design, growth, and business teams to ensure insights are aligned with execution.
Present insights effectively: Share findings in the right formats for different stakeholders -presentations, memos, dashboards, or working sessions.
