Detailed Eligibility:
NOC Associate Engineer:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Those with 0 to 2 years of experience in NOC, monitoring, or IT operations are eligible. You should have working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and hands-on familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic and AWS CloudWatch — both are mandatory for this role. A clear understanding of networking basics such as TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS is also required. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure will be treated as an added advantage. Since this is a 24×7 shift-based role, candidates must be comfortable working in a rotating shift environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic and AWS CloudWatch (mandatory)

Job Description:
- Support the IT Operations team by monitoring systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Ensure smooth operations and quick incident response across production environments
- Identify alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production systems, applications, servers, and network infrastructure using monitoring tools
- Identify, investigate, and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary
- Track and update incidents in the ticketing system
- Perform routine system health checks and operational monitoring tasks
- Maintain incident logs and assist in basic root cause analysis
- Follow defined operational procedures and escalation processes
- Coordinate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to ensure system stability
