Coal India Recruitment 2021 – Coal India Limited (CIL) has released the job notifications for recruitment to the post of Officer/Sr.Officer. There are 358 vacancies are to be filled for this posts. Interested candidates who are all eligible for this recruitment can apply on or before 15 January 2021. The selection process will be based on the basis of seniority. Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Officer in E-1 Grade:

  • Matriculation + SCC or Diploma in Mining/ Mine Surveying + SCC or Matriculation + SCC + Company’s Training Program in Survey of not less than 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 Years in T&S Grade A

Sr. Officer in E-2 Grade:

  • Degree in Mining or equivalent +SCC

Age Limit:

As per government norms

Coal India Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:

  • On receipt of the applications & relevant documents, the committee constituted by the Director (Personnel) ofthe respective subsidiary / GM (Mp&tR). CIL ( in case ofCIL Hq. RSOs & NEC), will scrutinize the said applicalions w.r.t. relcvant provisions / cadre scheme i.e. educational certificates / caste cenificatcs issued by Competcnt Authority (in case of SC/ST) etc., and will prepare two separare consol;dated list of eliBible and ineligible candidares (wirh reasons l’or ineligibrlit) ).
  • The selection process will be based on the basis of seniority from the common seniority list in E-1 or E-2 grades.
  • Performance Raring shall be at least -GOOD for the last 3 years i.e.2017- 18, 2018-19 & 2019-20.
