Assistant Manager :
- Graduate in any discipline from recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years experience in any HFC out of which 2 years experience in Managerial cadre. [Management Trainee/Internship period will not be considered counted for experience].
- Basic knowledge of computer application is necessary.
Age Limit ( As on 31 December 2022 ) : Age minimum 25 years and maximum 35 years.
Age Relaxation :
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- 3 years for OBC candidates.
No.of.Vacancies : 04 Posts
- Minimum salary – Rs.6,00,000/- per annum [Rs.40,000 p.a. over four years’ experience subject to maximum 80,000].
- Annual increment applicable as per Company’s Policy.
Selection Process of CBHFL Recruitment 2023 :
The selection process may include the Interview.

- Caste Certificate
- Disability certificate in prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board in case of Persons with Benchmark Disability category.
- Relevant documents in support of the work experience declared, including appointment letter, salary slip, relieving letter [whenever applicable], etc.
- Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility.
- Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the interview if he/she fails to produce the relevant eligibility documents as mentioned above.
