Educational Qualification:
Officer/Sr. Officer:
Essentials:
- Any Degree from a Recognized University
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience in any Housing Finance Company /Banks/NBFC dealing in mortgage loans.
- Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered a count of experience.
Sr. Officer(HR):
Essentials:
- Any Degree from a Recognized University and Two years full-time MBA in HR.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications must.
Experience: Minimum 02 Years of Work Experience in the HR Department. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered a count of experience.
Sr. Officer(Compliance):
Essentials:
- Semi qualified Company Secretary (Executive).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications must.
Experience: Minimum 02 Years of Work Experience in the Company Secretarial and Compliance Department.
Note: Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit ( As on 1 September 2023 ): Age minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years.
Age Relaxation :

Salary :
- Officer: CTC Rs.3.60 lakh p.a. Additional ( Rs.30,000/- p.a. over 01 year experience subject to maximum CTC Rs.4,20,000/-p.a.)
- Sr.Officer: CTC Rs.4.00 lakh p.a. Additional (Rs.30,000/- p.a. over 02 years experience subject to maximum CTC Rs.4,60,000/-p.a.)
Test Centres:
- The company will hold on-line tests at Bangalore, Bhopal, Delhi/ Delhi NCR, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR region, Chennai.The
- CBHFL will decide Centre for Personal Interview before the Interview.
Selection Process of CBHFL Recruitment 2023 :
The selection process will comprise an online test conducted by IBPS followed by an interview of shortlisted candidates. However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, the Company reserves the right to change the short listing criteria/online test/interview process.
Online Test:
- Reasoning: 50 Questions, 75 Marks
- English Language: 50 Questions, 50 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Questions, 75 Marks
- Total: 150 Questions 200 Marks
- Time: 120 minutes
Personal Interview:
Candidates must obtain a minimum score in each test and a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for a Personal Interview. The minimum qualifying marks for PI would be 40% for all Categories.

- Rs.200/– for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates.
