Job Description:
- Learning the codebase and improving the coding skills
- Writing codes and debugging
- Performing unit tests, documenting the required tasks, and amending and refactoring simple programs/scripts.
- Applying agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result.
- Completing tasks assigned on time with good quality under necessary supervision and guidance
About Role: Trainee Developer works under the guidance of a team lead or senior team member, fulfilling various tasks ranging from learning the codebase, attending design meetings, writing basic code, fixing bugs and documenting the information to feed into the knowledge process. They should be able to complete the tasks on time with quality with all required supervision and guidance.
