Canfin Homes Recruitment 2021 – Can Fin Homes Ltd has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of Branch Managers. Interested candidates who are all eligible for this post can apply on or before 04 January 2021. The age limit of the candidates should be 25 to 35 years. The pay scale for the candidates will be Rs. 64985/month. The detailed eligibility and selection process are given below in detail.

Can Fin Homes Limited (CFHL) is a key player engaged in the business of housing finance in India and one of the few Institutions permitted by the Regulator National Housing Bank (NHB to accept deposits. The Company offers a range of products on housing such as loans for home purchase home construction home improvement / extension site purchase as well as non-housing finance. Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduation from an UGC recognized University. Post-graduation& professional qualification shall be given additional weightage.
Minimum 4 to 6 years experience (age not exceeding 35 years), working as Branch Head (Minimum) handling Housing Finance / Retail Lending / Marketing of financial products (Home Loan)/ branch operations in HFCs / FIs/ Banks. Exposure in housing finance is a must. Experience of heading a branch will be preferred.
Extensive in-depth knowledge of local housing finance market with good networking capacity with builders /developers is a must.
Fluency in local language (read, write & speak) besides English is must.

Age Limit( as on 01-12-2020): 25 to 35 years

Salary:

Gross Pay – Rs. 64985/-. (Both fixed and variable pay). CTC – Rs.11.40 lakhs

Service Bond:

The selected candidates will be in the cadre of “Manager” and will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining which, if required, may be extended by another year.
Only on satisfactory performance & completion of probation, services will be confirmed as per CFHL Staff Service Regulations, amended from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

A degree in any discipline from a recognized university, proficiency in data entry / computer applications is preferred.

Note: The candidate must be able to speak, read & write in the local language (apart from English) of the region/area of the branch for which he/she applies. He/she should hail from the same region/area of the branch for which applications are invited.

Job Profile:

Attending to the customers, documentation, scanning of documents, data entry operations in the computer, Marketing of Housing Loans, making phone calls to customer for business/recoveries, undertaking recovery visits etc. and such other work assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.

Age Limit (as on 01.10.2020): 21 -30 years

Salary:

Rs.16000/- per month for first 12 months.
In case of renewal of contract, then the consolidated compensation will be Rs.18000/- per month for the 2nd year and Rs.21000/- per month for the 3rd year.

Period of Contract and termination:

The contract shall be initially for a fixed term of one year only. The same may be extended for further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Company.
