BSSS Recruitment 2020 – Bihar Swasthya Suraksha Samiti (BSSS) invites online applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Accounts Officer (State) – 02 posts, Accountant (State) – 02 posts, Executive Assistant (State) – 12 posts, Executive Assistant (District) – 38 posts. Totally 54 vacancies are available in this BSSS Recruitment. Candidates with the qualification of PG/ UG (Commerce)/ Any Degree are eligible to apply for this job. The selection process is based on the Computer Based Test, Interview, Skill Test. Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

For Accounts Officer (State):

• Post-Graduation in Commerce from recognized Institution/University and Working knowledge of Tally Software
• Experience: At least 5 Years of experience in a reputed firm/Government

For Accountant (State):

• Graduation in Commerce from a recognised Institute/University and Working knowledge of TALLY Software.

For Executive Assistant (State):

• Graduation from a recognized University

Proficiency in Typing:

Hindi – Minimum 20 Words Per Minute, 200 words in 10 minutes with 80% of accuracy.
English – Minimum 25 Words Per Minute, 250 words in 10 minutes with 80% of accuracy.

For Executive Assistant (District):

• Graduation from a recognized university

Proficiency in Typing:

Hindi – Minimum 20 Words Per Minute, 200 words in 10 minutes with 80% of accuracy.
English – Minimum 25 Words Per Minute, 250 words in 10 minutes with 80% of accuracy

Age Limit (As on 01.03.2020):

Minimum age: 21 years

Maximum Age:

• UR/EWS(Open): 37 years
• UR/EWS(W): 40 years
• BC/EBC(Open/W): 42 years

Age Relaxation:

• 10 years relaxation in upper age limit in the respective category for Divine Body Applicants.

BSSS Recruitment Selection Process:

For Accounts Officer:

• Candidates will be called for the Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 Marks.
• Those candidates, who successfully qualify the Computer Based Test (CBT), will be invited for Document Verification and Personal Interview
• The final score will be prepared with 20% weightage to Interview Score and 80% weightage to CBT Score.
• The candidate will be assessed for Tally Competency during Personal Interview Round.

For Accountant:

• The applicant will be called for the Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 Marks
• Those candidates, who successfully qualify the Computer Based Test (CBT), will be invited for Tally Assessment Test
• The final score will be prepared with 20% weightage to Tally Assessment Test and 80% weightage to CBT Score.

For Executive Assistant (District/State):

• The selection will be based on the Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill Test (Typing Speed test in Hindi and English)

Qualify Typing Speed Test:

• Hindi and English (20 and 25 words per minute) for both the languages respectively with 80% of accuracy.

Application Fee:

• For SC/ ST/ Women/ Divyang (PWD): Rs.150/-
• For all other categories: Rs.300/-
