1. Associate Operations (Band 3)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Freshers or up to 6 months of experience

2. Executive Operations (Band 4)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
6 months to 3 years of experience in customer service or backend operations

3. Executive – Business Process Services (Band 4)

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
6 months to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, along with customer service or backend operations
