BrahMos Aerospace: BrahMos Aerospace Limited is a joint venture between India’s Defence Research and Development Organization and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mashinostroyenia of Russia under BrahMos Aerospace. The BrahMos missile is named after two rivers, the Brahmaputra and the Moskva. The company currently manufactures BrahMos missiles with a range of 300 km, travelling at speeds of Mach 2.8 to 3.0. It is currently developing BrahMos-II, a hypersonic cruise missile

Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Deputy General Manager (Projects):
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.
Experience:
- Minimum 17 years post qualification experience in the Production Planning and control (PPC) function in a large/medium scale industry of repute is essential.
- Candidate with experience in the Aerospace industry preferred.
- MBA in Operations/Project Management Certification desirable.
Engineer(Mechanical):
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.
Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in Assembly & integration/Machine Shop/R&D function in a large/medium scale industry of repute is essential.
Manager(IT):
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in ERP implementation, Software Development, Database Administration, Networking Data Centre Management and data governance are essential.
- Should know about technical management, information analysis of computer hardware and software systems, network administration and network installation.
- CCNA Certification is desirable.
Supervisor(Instrumentation):
Qualification: Diploma (Instrumentation Engineering) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.
Experience:
- A minimum of 03 years post-qualification experience in selecting appropriate tests and diagnostic procedures is essential.
- Experience in clarifying the nature of problems with instrument assets, determining the cause and extent of problems in the performance and condition of instrument systems of assets, and calibration management is essential.
Technician(Instrumentation):
Qualification: ITI (National Trade Certificate) with not less than 60% marks in the Instrumentation trade.
Experience: 05 years post qualification experience in Instrumentation, Calibration, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Process Control, and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) in a large/medium scale manufacturing industry where instrumentation activities are involved. Relevant experience in the Aerospace/Defence Industry will be an added advantage.
Welfare Officer:
Qualification:
- Degree of a University recognized by the State (Kerala) Government.
- Degree (preferably MSW) or Diploma in Social Science or LLB Degree (with Labour Law as elective subject) of a recognized University or an institution recognized by or affiliated with such University.
- Adequate knowledge of Malayalam
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in handling Employee Welfare activities, Industrial Relations, Training and development, Performance Appraisal, etc., in any industry of repute.
- Should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to manage change. Candidate should possess good knowledge about various labour laws.
- Working experience in industries with multiple Trade Unions will be an added advantage.
Engineer(IT):
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.
Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in IT or IT-enabled systems, particularly in Database Management, System Administration and Software Development.
Duration: On fixed-term contract for 02 years, renewable based on performance & requirement.
Age Limit(As on 30 November 2023 ):
- Deputy General Manager (Projects): 52 years
- Manager/Welfare Officer: 45 years
- Supervisor/Technician(Instrumentation)/Engineer: 35 years
Salary:
- Deputy General Manager (Projects): Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.1,45,500/-
- Engineer(Mechanical/IT): Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.75,000/-
- Manager(IT): Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.1,11,000/-
- Supervisor(Instrumentation): Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.52,500/-
- Technician(Instrumentation): Approx. Monthly Gross pay Rs.40,500/-
- Welfare Officer: Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.1,11,000/-
Selection Process:
