Detailed Eligibility:
Product Analyst – Intern:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration
- Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
You are good at:
- Translating business needs and requirements into user stories
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication, proficient in drafting clear and concise reports
- Working with a multicultural distributed agile team located in different time zones
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Help in managing product operation.
- Create and manage stories in Product management tool.
- Business Requirements Gathering
- Work with PA/PO to gather basic business requirements for new backlog stories.
- Work with multiple stakeholders – including business owners, end‐users, and technical development teams.
- Technical Specification and Documentation
- Management of technical & business, product documentation
- Create business requirement documentation, including scope definition and statement of work.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are captured. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in squad level agile ceremonies, contribute to project planning and prioritization.
What you’ll do? As a member of Messaging and Community squad, you will be reporting to the Digital Collaboration portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure that our Messaging and Community squad aligns to the business objectives and supports key initiatives for the squads and portfolio. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate who will assist in gathering requirements, solving problems, and managing stakeholder relationships.
