Bombay High Court Recruitment 2019 – The High Court of Bombay Bench at Nagpur has been granted permission to prepare Select List of 23, 14 and 14 candidates to appoint as Law Clerk and Senior System Officers/ System Officers on a contract basis, totally 216 vacancies. Candidates with the qualification of LLB/B.E/B. Tech/MCA can apply for this job. The age limits for these posts is 21 to 40 years old candidates can apply. The selection will be done on the basis of performance in the screening/written test, Typing test and viva voce.

Scheme of Selection:

  • The eligible shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo screening/written test of objective type with multiple-choice questions, for 90 total marks.
  • The duration of the screening test will be 1 (one) hour.
  • Minimum passing marks for the screening test is 45 marks.
  • Only Candidates qualifying screening test will be called for English Typing Test of 20 marks.
  • Typing passage of 10 minutes containing 400 words. The English Typing Test will be taken on Computer only.
  • Candidates qualifying typing test, only, would be called for Viva-voce/Interview of 40 marks.

BHC Recruitment Selection Process for Stenographer 2019:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of examination in Shorthand, Typing and Viva­Voce. The Shorthand and Typing tests contain 40 marks each and Viva­voce will be of 20 marks. Minimum passing marks for both Shorthand and Typing test is 20 marks each. This process will be taken on the computer. If the candidates are passed this two level of test process they will be eligible for Viva­Voce.

Minimum passing marks:

  • For Shorthand Test and Typing Test of Stenographer[Higher Grade]: 24 and 20
  • For Shorthand Test and Typing Test of Stenographer[Lower Grade]: 20
