Detailed Eligibility:

Data Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum – 02 years

Basic Qualification :

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a focus on inventory management.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and manipulating large datasets.
Proficiency in Python for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and automation of data processes.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of inventory management principles, supply chain operations, and logistics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Developed and maintained SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets related to inventory transactions, stock levels, and supply chain operations.
Utilize Python for data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis to identify inventory data trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and finance, to understand business requirements and provide actionable insights.
Create dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize inventory metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Conducted root cause analysis and developed solutions to address inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and excess inventory issues.
Implement forecasting models and optimization techniques to improve inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
Monitor and analyze inventory metrics such as turnover rate, days on hand, and fill rate to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and data analytics.
