Bihar Agricultural University Recruitment 2021 – Bihar Agricultural University has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of Research Assistant/Technical Assistant. There are 15 vacancies are to be filled for these posts. Interested candidates who completed their M.Sc/M.Tech can apply. The walk-in-interview is on 21 May2021. About Bihar Agricultural University: Bihar Agricultural University is an autonomous institute under Bihar state government established on on 5 August, 2010 under Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) situated at Sabour, Bhagalpur district of Bihar. It is located at present at Bihar Agricultural College, Sabour Campus, the oldest and agricultural college of the state.Bihar Agriculture University is engaged in Research and Extension activities in the field of agriculture. In order to extend the research done in the University to farmers of Bihar, it signed an agreement with World Development Foundation, New Delhi to implement a project of “Agriculture Knowledge Dissemination System”.

Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Research Associate:
- M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agronomy/Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry/M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering (with specialization in farm machinery) with NET. Essentiality of NET can be waived off for the the candidates having Ph.D Degree with course work in above mentioned subject.
Technical Assistant:
- M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agronomy/Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry/M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering (with specialization in farm machinery). Preferences will be given to NET qualified candidates.
Total Vacancies:
- Research Associate – 02 Posts
- Technical Assistant – 13 Posts
Salary:
- Research Associate: Rs. 70,000/-
- Technical Assistant: Rs. 40,000/-
