Manager (Design Engineering)(Production Technology)/Dy. Manager (Production Technology):
- The candidates should have full time BE/ B. Tech ((Mechanical Engg.)degree from an AICTE-approved college/Institute or a recognized University
- Candidates should possess 55% and above for General/OBC/EWS and pass class for SC/ST/ PwBD
- Minimum 8 to 14 years of relevant industrial work experience as descripted in Area of Expertise and Responsibility.
II Tube Manufacturing
Engineer Grade:
- BE / B.TECH (Mechanical Engg.) from an AICTE approved college/Institute or a recognized University.
- Candidates should possess 55% and above for General/OBC/EWS and pass class for SC/ST/ PwBD
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Incoming Goods Inspection / QA experience
Accounts Assistant Grade:
- B.Com from an AICTE approved college/Institute or a recognized University.
- Candidates should possess 55% and above for General/OBC/EWS and pass class for SC/ST/ PwBD
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant Accounts experience (Experience of Article clerk will not be considered)
Aviation Hoses Manufacturing Project:
Process Engineer (Metal Working):
- The candidates should have full time BE / B. Tech degree from an AICTE approved college/Institute or a recognized University.
- Candidates should possess 55% and above for General/OBC/EWS and pass class for SC/ST/ PwBD
- Minimum 2-3 years professional work experience in manufacturing and metal working.

Electronics Engineer (D&E):
- BE (Electronics/Industrial Electronics/E &TC) from a UGC recognized University / Institution
- Candidates should possess 55% and above for General / EWS /OBC and pass class for SC/ST/ PwBD
- 0 to 1 year experience in Design & Engineering /or Research & Development.
- Candidate should have basic knowledge of Design and Testing of Electronic Hardware Circuits and Systems will be preferred.
Mechanical Engineer (Production) :
- BE (Mechanical) from a UGC recognized University / Institution
- 0 to 1 year experience in Production
- Candidates applying for the should possess 55% and and above for General / EWS /OBC and pass class for SC/ST/ PwBD

Age Relaxation :
- The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC / ST candidates by 05 years.
- OBC (Non –Creamy Layer) – 3 years.

Selection Process of BEL Pune Recruitment :
- The selection process includes Written test/Interview.
- All the candidates applying for the above posts will be called for written test.
- After the written test, only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview as per the merit list and, after considering reservation, notified in this advertisement.
- The venue for the Written Test / Interview will be intimated later on through Email
- The names of candidates for the Written Test/Interview and final selection will be notified on our Company’s website.
- Scrutiny: Necessary scrutiny w.r.t. eligibility criteria will be carried out before the interview in respect of only those candidates who would be called for interview.
