Educational Qualification for Apprentices:
- Graduation Degree in any Discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualifications recognised by the Central Government.
- Duration of Training:ย 12 months of On-the-Jobย Training
- For the candidates registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), the date of passing their Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding the cut-off date (01.05.2026).
Age Limit (As on 01 May 2026): 20 โ 28 years
Age Relaxation:

Selection Process for Bank of Baroda Careers:
Selection for the engagement of apprentices will be based on:
- Online Examination
- Document Verification
- Test of the Local Language of the State
Online Examination:
- The duration of the exam will be 60 minutes
- There will be NO negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests.

Document Verification:
- Their eligibility w.r.t. age/qualification/category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD), etc. will be determined only at the time of document verification after they qualify the written test.
- Candidates will have to appear for the Document Verification at a centre (to be decided by the Bank) of the State applied for, at his/her own expenses.
Test of local language:
- The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in any one of the specified local languages of that State/UT, as mentioned below.
- The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of selection process.
- It will be conducted after qualifying the online examination.
- Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be engaged for apprentice.
- Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet having studied the specified opted local language of the State will not be required to undergo the language test
Final Selection:
- Meeting the eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions as specified in the advertisement.
- Securing the minimum cut-off marks in the online examination, as determined by the Bank.
- Successful verification of documents pertaining to Date of Birth, Category, Educational Qualifications, and other details provided in the online application.
- Qualifying in the prescribed local language proficiency test of the respective State.
- Being declared medically fit in accordance with the Bankโs requirements.
