Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Regional Manager (Sales & Operations) – West: 

  • MTM or Equivalent /MBA / Graduate Engineer OR Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
  • Experience:  8 years for MTM or Equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer; OR
  • 11 years for Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
  • Candidates with prior experience of sales & operations in the travel & tourism industry shall be preferred.

Deputy Manager (Call Centre Operations): 

  • MTM or Equivalent /MBA / Graduate Engineer OR Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
  • Experience: 4 years for MTM or Equivalent/MBA/ Graduate Engineer OR
  • 7 years for Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3)
  • Candidates with prior experience of managing call centres in the Travel industry shall be preferred.

Assistant Manager (Sales): 



  • MTM or Equivalent /MBA / Graduate Engineer OR Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
  • Experience: 4 years for MTM or Equivalent/MBA/ Graduate Engineer OR
  • 2 years for MTM or Equivalent/ MBA/ Graduate Engineer OR
  • 4 years for Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3)
  • Candidates with prior experience of sales in the Travel & Tourism industry shall be preferred

Officer (Domestic Holidays):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
  • Experience: 2 Years
  • Candidates with in-depth knowledge of tourist destinations/circuits within India, domestic holiday packages and familiarity with India’s LTC guidelines and regulations along with prior experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Travel and Tourism industry shall be preferred.

Senior Customer Service Officer: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
  • Experience: 2 Years
  • Candidates with prior experience of customer servicing in the holidays / hospitality sector shall be preferred

Officer (Operations): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications/Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred.
  • Experience: 2 Years
  • Candidates with relevant experience in Operations in Travel & Tourism Companies will be preferred.

Officer (Sales): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications / Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred
  • Experience: 2 Years
  • Candidates with relevant prior experience in Sales in the Holidays/Hospitality/Travel/Tourism Companies will be preferred.

Officer (VISA): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications / Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred.
  • Experience: 2 Years
  • Candidates with prior experience of VISA processing, documentation, etc. in the hospitality/holidays sector shall be preferred

Officer / Junior Officer (Travel): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications / Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred.
  • Experience: 2 Years
  • For Grade FTO2 – 2 years
  • For Grade FTO1 – Freshers can apply.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in domestic and/or international ticketing will be preferred.

Junior Officer (Sales):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree  (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications / Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred.

Age Limit:

  • Regional Manager (Sales & Operations) – West: 40 Years
  • Deputy Manager (Call Centre Operations): 35 Years
  • Assistant Manager (Sales): 32 Years
  • Officer/Junior Officer (Travel): 30 Years
  • Senior Customer Service Officer: 30 Years

Age Relaxation:



  • Age Relaxation (in years) SC / ST – 5 years, OBC – 03 years.
  • The Upper age limit for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates is relaxable by 10 years (15 years for SCs/ STs & 13 years for OBC [NCL]).
  • The upper age limit is relaxable for Ex-Servicemen [ES] as per extant applicable rules issued by the Competent Authority.
