- Essential: M.Sc. or equivalent in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology and 5 years of experience
- Desirable: Doctorate Qualification in the specialty.
Lecturer (Audio/Speech Pathology):
- Essential: M.Sc. in Speech & Hearing + 2 years of Experience
- Desirable: Ph.D. & Teaching / Research experience.
Vocational Counsellor: Degree from a recognized university and Diploma in Social Work/Vocational Guidance or Post Graduate degree in Social Work/Sociology + 2 years of Experience
Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist: B.Sc. (Speech & Hearing) + 2 years of Experience
Legal Consultant (Contract): LLB/LLM from a recognized university + 3 years of Experience
Assistant Professor (PMR): MBBS and PG Degree/Diploma in PMR/Pediatrics recognized by MCI/RCI + 2 years of Experience

Selection Process of AYJNISHD Career:
- The selection process will be based on interview/written test/skill test.
- All correspondence regarding the selection process (Date, venue time, etc.) will be sent to the eligible candidate through e-mail/Speed Post.
- Recruitment of direct posts of Group B & C and contract posts shall be done on
- Written Test: This test will have objective questions and will carry 80% weight.
- Desirable Qualifications: Will carry 10% weightage.
- Desirable Experience: Will carry 10% weightage.
- Selection of Clerk/Typist (contract) posts, skill test (typing test) will be held along with the written test.
