Lecturer (Audio / Speech Pathology):

M.Sc. in Speech & Hearing
2 years’ experience
Desirable: Ph.D. & Teaching/ Research experience.

Lecturer (Education):

Master Degree in any subject and M. Ed. (HI) degree with not less than 55% marks or an equivalent Grade of ‘B’ in seven-point scale OR
An equivalent degree as recognized by RCI, New Delhi
Desirable: Ph.D. on relevant topic with 3 years Teaching / Research experience.

Vocational Counsellor:

Selection Process of AYJNISHD Career:

Recruitment of Group ‘B’ & “C” posts shall be done on the following procedures:

- Written Test (Objective / Multiple Choice Questions): 80%
- Desirable Qualification: 10%
- Desirable Experience: 10%
- Total: 100%
The Director AYINISHD(D) reserves the right to call candidates for an interview, if deemed necessary. In such cases, the weightage assigned to the written test and interview shall be 60% & 20% respectively. The weightage allocated to desirable qualifications and experience shall remain unchanged.

The Demand Draft (Non-refundable) of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) per post /per person drawn in favour of The Director, Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech & Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan), payable at Mumbai and should be submitted along with the application.
No fee is prescribed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories.
