Educational Qualification:
Design Engineer-Mechanical:
- Eligibility: Should have completed First Class Degree in Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/Institutes approved by AICTE/UGC.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D modelling of Mechanical components, Assembly, Drafting, Mechanical routing, etc. on using Siemens Nx software (NX11 & above versions), with Good verbal & written communication.
- Should have a strong background of understanding complex design drawings (Mechanical).
- Job Specification: Carrying out activities in the Research & Development division of HVF.
Senior Design Engineer-Mechanical:
- Eligibility: Should have completed First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/Institutes approved by AICTE/UGC.

Age Relaxation:

Selection Process of AVNL Careers:
- The selection process includes Shortlisting and Interviews.
- Selection will be based on qualification experience and/or performance in the interview/interaction.
Screening:
- A Screening Committee will do screening of Applications constituted for that purpose.
- Candidates must complete the Application Form (attached with the advertisement) in all respects.
- The complete Application Form has to be submitted to HVF for screening by the Screening Committee. Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview.
- The Company may adopt higher criteria in case of receipt of more number of applicants meeting eligibility criteria.
Interview:
- If required, a Personal Interview/interaction will be conducted.
- The offer of engagement shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of merit and based on the number of vacancies and will be subject to verification of antecedents and caste certificate (in case of reserved category candidates) as per Govt. of India guidelines.
- Weightage criteria will be followed for a personal interview.
