Job Description:
- This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement staffing business for International Clients.
- Plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in staffing clients on contract/ permanent positions.
- Working closely with clients to help them solve complicated staffing issues and be proficient at building long-lasting relationships with these clients and the candidates you recruit.
- Guide client and candidates effectively through the recruitment life-cycle.
- Interact with on-shore teams to provide seamless experience to clients.
