Detailed Eligibility – Andrew Yule Recruitment:

Educational Qualification:

Dy. General Manager (Retail): 

  • Graduate Degree in any discipline with an MBA (Marketing) / MBA (Retail Marketing) from a UGC/AICTE-approved institution.
  • Candidates having a degree/diploma in Plantation Management / Agriculture Science / Bio Science will be preferred.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum 15 years post-qualification experience preferably in retail marketing of CTC, Orthodox, Green & Darjeeling Teas in an organization of repute. A candidate having experience of heading packet Tea sales will be preferred. While excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, working Knowledge of computers is the prerequisite for the Job. Appointment will be on Contractual basis for an initial period of 05 years which could be renewed thereafter for a further period of 05 years or up to superannuation whichever is earlier based on performance and needs of the Company

Officer/Assistant Manager (Digital Marketing):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Degree in Digital Marketing/Degree in Mass Comm./ Journalism.
  • Preference will be given to the candidate having additional MBA degree or equivalent in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
  • Experience: The candidate should have minimum 2/3 years post qualification experience of online sales and/or marketing experience, with at least 1 years dedicated to e-Commerce marketing, advertising, PPC Campaign Management, CMS & backend, Digital Marketing, Google AdWords Campaign Management etc. Appointment will be on Contractual basis for an initial period of 05 years which could be renewed thereafter for a further period of 05 years or up to superannuation whichever is earliest based on performance and need of the Company.

Engineer/Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing and Project Monitoring):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: The ideal candidate should have minimum 03 / 05 years post qualification experience having exposure to sale of Industrial Water Pollution Control products and projects will be preferred. While excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, working Knowledge of computers is a pre-requisite for the Job.

Asst Engineer Gr. Il/ Asst Engineer Gri (After Sales Service):

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate can be fresher for S1 and 2 years post-qualification experience is required for Grade S2. Candidates having exposure to after Sales Service & trouble Shooting of Industrial Fan & Blower will be preferred.

Engineer/Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing):

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Candidate having additional qualification of Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions will be preferred.
  • Experience: The candidate should have minimum 02 / 03 years post qualification experience having exposure to sale of Industrial Fans and Marketing of the related product will be preferred.

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Management / Marketing Management/ BBA / Graduate (Science, Arts & Commerce)
  • Experience: Minimum 02/04 years in the same field. Candidate should have basic knowledge of Computers along with that of maintaining stores activities, Inventory control etc.

Assistant Engineer Gr-II(Sales & Marketing):

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Fresher can apply. However, candidates having idea of sales and marketing of related product will be preferred

Assistant Officer/Assistant Engineer Grade I (Sales):

  • Diploma in Engineering/ Materials Management / Marketing Management/ BBA / Graduate (Science, Arts & Commerce)
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in Transformer industry.

Assistant Engineer Gr. I(Production):

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in Transformer industry

Assistant Engineer/Asst. Officer Gr I(Procurement):



  • Diploma in Engineering/ Materials Management / Marketing Management/ BBA / Graduate (Science, Arts & Commerce).
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in Procurement in Transformer industry.

Asst. Officer Gr.I (Accounts):

  • Graduate with and Intermediate Pass in CA/ ICWA/Post Graduate in Commerce
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in Procurement in Transformer industry
