Detailed Eligibility:
Apprentice:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), BCA, or B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with a good understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is expected. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI is an added advantage, as is any prior exposure to data visualization tools or risk/compliance concepts.

Job Description:

- Exposure to risk analytics, reporting automation, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams

Responsibilities:
- Support development and enhancement of MIS reporting and analytics solutions for GMNS risk and compliance metrics
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key risk indicators
- Work with structured and unstructured data to support identification of potential risk areas and process gaps
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review
- Support root cause analysis by gathering data and identifying key drivers of risk trends
- Assist in tracking risk and compliance metrics to support risk-based decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing reporting and analytics initiatives
- Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts for reporting workflows using AI tools and advanced automation capabilities
- Support documentation of processes, methodologies, and reporting frameworks
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and projects aligned to improving the control environment
