What is AMCAT?

AMCAT(Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test) is an employability test conducted by Aspiring Minds Assessment Pvt. Ltd. AMCAT Test is used by 2000+ companies for Fresher Hiring.

The AMCAT test consists of various sections/modules which the candidates can choose according to their profile or educational background. There are certain modules that are compulsory for everyone (Language and Aptitude Modules), whereas others are optional. During the test, you will be given an option to select any two domain-specific modules. It is recommended that the candidates go through the module description and befitting job profiles before they appear for AMCAT.

The module is to test the candidate’s written English skills and is aimed at determining the candidate’s ability to understand

    • (b) the spoken word and
    • (c) the ability to communicate effectively through written documents.

This tests the candidate’s ability to gather, comprehend and evaluate information from single or multiple sources (s). The information and data could be presented in any format: text, numbers, tables, figures, etc.
