- Mandatory Graduation (Prefer CS/IT/E&C).
- Experience – 0 – 1 year.
- The ideal candidate must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
Job Description:
- Analyze and create specific reports for the business domain by using SQL or other DBMS and macros.
- Work with both IT departments and project managers to find and root cause reason for process defects.
- Ensure system documentation is up to date post business process changes.
- Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
- Associate Software Engineer, reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager.
