Detailed Eligibility:

Senior Data Engineer:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform and related services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.
Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) and big data processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Hive).
Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques and experience with tools like Airflow or similar.
Experience with SAS, SASPy and/or MicroStrategy is a plus but not essential.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Experience: 4 to 10yrs

Full Stack – Data Scientist:

B.Tech/B.E/MCA or Mtech in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Statistics tier 1 colleges/universities.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL (R is a plus)
4+ years of data science/analytics experience
Experience: 5 to 10yrs

Senior ML Engineer (Senior + Lead combined posting):

Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative or engineering field like Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or Statistics.
Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus.
Previous experience in business-related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.
Experience: 6 to 15 yrs

Senior Data Analysts:

The candidate must posses B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Experience with relevant data manipulation software, e.g. SAS, Python, SQL
Good communication and presentation skills
Problem Solving with an ability to identify gaps in processes and procedures and improve them
Competent with MS Office software with VBA, a desirable skillset
Previous experience in Power BI is desirable

Senior Data Engineer + Power BI:

Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure cloud platform, and related services such as Snowflake, and SYNAPSE (Key Skills).
Proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Power BI and experience with SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques using tools like SSIS/Informatica etc
Solid understanding of data modelling, database design, and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of Data and ETL Testing
Experience: 4 to 8 yrs

Senior UI Path:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS) or any relevant stream
Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organisation
Awareness or exposure to developing macros, formulae or any other coding activities would be beneficial
Experience : 3 to 6 yrs

IT Scrum master:

The candidate must posses B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields
Around 4 years of overall experience, out of which a minimum of 4 years in SMs. Experience in change management and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, XP practices etc.
Certifications – SCRUM Master, Agile Coach, KANBAN Practitioner, SAFe

Functional Business Analyst:

Graduate / postgraduate in any discipline
7+ years of overall experience in Consulting, Business change Projects, Business Analysis/ Project Management & Process Improvement in the insurance/BFSI domain.
Experience should include setting up & managing end-to-end business transition projects/business change projects/process reengineering projects/consulting projects/program management

Finance Business Consultant:

MBA/CA/ICWA with strong F&A skills with a minimum of 12 years of experience
Working in multiple industries (insurance preferred) and handling and transforming end-to-end finance function
Working in a consulting capacity and having experience in transforming global clients’ finance processes
Functional knowledge of ERPs SAP S/4 HANA (Preferrable) and other industry best finance application
