Detailed Eligibility:
Software Developer:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with coding experience or completing a software engineering-related BootCamp
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably less than two years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
- Coding skill in any language e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Kotlin.
It’s great if you have:
- Experience in any form of data persistence (RDBMSs, NoSQL).
- Some understanding of modern frontend, backend or mobile technology e.g. React, Vue, Kotlin, C#, Angular, Flutter, Native iOS and Android Apps.
- Experience with automated CI/CD systems, test driven development, clean software architectures and SOLID principals.
- GitHub profile especially contributing to open source projects.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and technical designs.
- Develop solutions using frontend technologies (React / Redux / Typescript) powered by backend stack using C# / Scala / Kotlin / Private cloud /
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Use A/B Testing and make product related decisions based on data.
- Create reports and analytics for business use cases using Hadoop, Grafana and other similar services.
- Create real-time monitoring for the production system you have built.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
