AEGCL Recruitment 2020 โ€“ Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited has announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Assistant Manager/ Junior Managerย  in various disciplines. There are 227 vacancies are to be filled for this posts. Interested candidates who are all eligible for this recruitment can apply from 09 December 2020 to 18 December 2020. The educational qualification of the candidates must be B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in various disciplines. The age limit of the candidates should be 18 to 44 years. It was formed out of restructured Assam State Electricity Board in 2003 and was notified as the State Transmission Utility (STU). Its core business is to efficiently transport electrical power from electrical power bulk heads to the distribution company networks in the state of Assam. Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited inherited 3862 circuit kms. of EHV lines above 66 kV voltage class and 38 numbers of EHV sub-stations having a total transformation capacity of 1636.50 MVA at its birth in 2003.

  • There will be negative marking of 0.25 (one-fourth) marks for wrong answer against each question.
  • The candidates shortlisted through the CBT mode of examination will be called for document verification
    and viva voce of 18 marks for the post of Assistant Manager and Junior Manager.

  • For SC/ST candidates โ€“ Rs.400/-
