Detailed Eligibility – THSTI Careers:
Educational Qualifications:
Project Title: Global Scales for Early Development (GSED) 2.0 – Development of population norms for early childhood development under 36 months
Research Assistant:
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate degree in a Nursing/Health-related discipline from a recognised University. OR
- Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or ANM or equivalent from a recognised university with one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field
Desirable:
- Work experience in clinical research.
- Effective communication skills to provide timely and appropriate information to study participants.
- Computer skills including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and investigators.
- Good understanding of needs for project and job responsibilities
The Research Assistant will be responsible for:
- Collecting data on medical details in compliance with study protocol
- Completing the case report forms (CRF)
- Review and verification of completed CRFs in a timely manner.
- Timely resolution of queries in data collected.
- Scheduling the follow up visits and making reminder calls to the parent (s)/ caregiver of infant for a scheduled follow up visit.
- To carry out study activities as conveyed by PI.
- Prepare referral of participants that require further care and consultation as per study protocol

- Research Scientist: Ph.D or corresponding degree in any area of Life Sciences/Medical Sciences with one (1) year of post-qualification research experience.
- Jr. Research Scientist: PhD or corresponding degree in any area of Life Sciences/Medical Sciences
- Quality Assurance and Business Development Manager: Post-graduation in Life Sciences/ Medical Sciences with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in academia or industry.
- Technical Officer – II: M.Sc. in Life Sciences with three (3) years of postqualification experience in the relevant field.
