Educational Qualifications for RCFL Job Vacancy 2024:
Nurse Grade II:
- HSC + 3 years course in general nursing and midwifery from a UGC-recognized university / institution. OR
- Regular and full-time B.Sc. (Nursing) degree from UGC recognized University / Institution.
- Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the last year (or Average/Aggregate of the last two semesters) in B.Sc.(Nursing)/3 years course of General Nursing and Midwifery (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Experience: Two years experience after acquiring the minimum required qualification in reputed minimum 20-bed hospitals with Operation Theatre.
Age Limit (As on 01 August 2024):
- For Unreserved Category: 31 years
- For SC/ST Category: 36 years
- For OBC Category: 34 years
- Additional Concession for Ex-Serviceman/Children/family members of the victims of the 1984 riots: 05 years

Selection Process of RCFL Career:
- The selection process for Nurse Grade II (Grade – A6) comprises of Online Test and a Skill test.
Online Test:
- Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a computer-based online objective-type test, information for which will be provided in the Admit card.
- The online test will be conducted at the centers in cities of Mumbai and Nagpur. Medium of Test will be in Marathi, Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.
- The online test will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related.
- The duration of the test will be ninety (90) minutes.
- The total number of questions will be 100, out of which 80 questions would be from mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree/diploma/relevant qualification of relevant
discipline of two marks each and 20 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge/Awareness of two marks each. - There will be negative marking for wrong answer.
Skill Test:
- Based on the performance in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for Skill Test tentatively in the ratio of 1:7 i.e. 7 eligible candidates for 1 post.
- Candidates with “Nil” marks or Negative Marks will not be considered.
- Skill test which will be qualifying will be conducted after the online test on a suitable earliest date.
- There will be no personal interview for workmen category recruitment.
- The Skill test will consist of equipment handling, patient preparation/position, PPE/safety/BMW, the critical patient/ reports, and aptitude for the job, the allocation of marks will be 80 Marks and for General Awareness and Computer Knowledge, the allocation of marks will be of 20 marks.
- The total allocation of marks for the Skill test will be 100 marks. The candidate has to secure a minimum of 60 marks (SC/ST candidates 55 marks) out of a total of 100 marks for the qualifying Skill test.
Final Selection:
- A separate merit list will be drawn for UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates concerning the number of available vacancies for each category.
- A merit list of suitable candidates shall be prepared based on performance in the online test.
- Skill tests will be of a qualifying nature which will be conducted after the online test on a suitable earliest date.

Educational Qualifications:
Officer (Finance) E1 Grade:
- CA/CMA OR
- Regular and Full-Time graduation degree in commerce, accounting/ Finance discipline (B. Com, BMS, BAF, BBA) from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution. AND
- Two years regular and full-time Post-Graduation degree of (MBA) Master of Business Administration/(MMS) Master of Management Studies/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) or equivalent Master’s Degree with a specialisation in Finance from UGC/AICTE recognized University/ Institution.
- M. Com. Qualification will not be considered.
Minimum Percentage:
- No percentage criteria for CA / CMA.
- Minimum 60% in Final Year/aggregate of Last Two Semesters of qualifying Post-graduation degree i.e. final year of MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM or other equivalent post-graduate degree in Finance. (55% for ST category candidates).
- Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded In a Degree, the candidate will have to obtain an equivalent percentage of marks from the concerned University/ Institute and mention the percentage in the Application.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in executive cadre dealing with Accounting and financial matters, including Auditing/ budgeting/taxation.
- The period of training /internship/article ship will not be counted in the requisite experience period as of 01.07.2024.
- The experience should be after acquiring the minimum prescribed qualification. Knowledge In the SAP FICO module is desirable.
