Detailed Eligibility – Pawan Hans Vacancies:

Educational Qualification:

Ramp Agent/Helper:

  • Candidate should be minimum VIII pass or equivalent from any recognized Institute/School/Board.
  • Candidate should have minimum one (01) year experience.

Base Coordinator/Assistant:

  • Candidate should be Graduate from any recognized University /Institute
  • Working knowledge of computer is desirable.
  • Candidate should have minimum three (03) years of relevant Aviation experience in the areas of Passenger handling, Airport handling /co-ordination , Ticketing, Flight planning etc.

Duration: The selected incumbents will be considered for appointment on contract basis only. The tenure of contract will be on short term/long term basis for one year. However, the contract could be extended further, as per the requirements of the Company.



Age Limit (01 September 2024):

  • Ramp Agent/Helper: Candidate should not be more than 25 years
  • Base Coordinator/Assistant: Candidate should not be more than 28 years

Jr Engineer (Electrical):

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute / University with a minimum of five years post qualification experience working in preparation of estimate/Bill of Quantity (BoQ), tender for Repair & Maintenance of Electrical work and also electrical maintenance of high side electrical equipment viz HVAC, lifts/LT penal/DG sets/UPS/AMF panel etc.

The incumbent should have total experience of 03 (three) years as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) out of which at least two years should be in next below grade/level/CTC on the type of helicopter being operated by PHL.   OR
  • AME’s with B-2 category with 3, 4 limitations on helicopter operated by PHL with minimum six months of maintenance experience in the preceding two years on the type of helicopters being operated by PHL. The incumbent should have total experience of 03 (three) years as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) out of which at least two years should be in next below grade/level/CTC (Rs. 9,03,600 p.a.) on the type of helicopter being operated by PHL
  • E2: AME’s with B-1 category with limitations 2,6,8 or 1,3,7 limitations on helicopter operated by PHL with minimum six months of maintenance experience in the preceding two years on the type of helicopters being operated by PHL.   • AMEs with B-2 category with 4,5 or 3,5 limitations on helicopter operated by PHL with minimum six months of maintenance experience in the preceding two years on the type of helicopters being operated by PHL.
