Educational Qualification:
Project Title: DARPAN-Device development for Automated Real-time Prediction of Atrial Fibrillation in the Indian population.
Junior Research Fellow:
Essential:
- 1st class B. Tech. & M. Tech. (minimum 60% or CGPA 6.5) in any discipline with GATE/UGC-NET qualification in any of the following subjects: BM,BT,IN,EE,EC,CS,DA,PH,XE. OR
- 1st class B.Tech. (minimum 60% or CGPA 6.5) in any discipline with a GATE qualification in any of the following subjects: BM,BT,IN,EE,EC,CS,DA,PH,XE. OR
- 1st class B.Sc. & M.Sc. in (Instrumentation/Electronics/Physics and allied areas) with GATE qualification in any of the following subjects: BM,BT,IN,EE,EC,CS,DA,PH,XE.
- Mathematics at the +2 level and in the UG level is compulsory.
Desirable:
- B.Tech. in BME/E&I/ECE/EEE/ICE/CSE with M.Tech. research in biomedical-related areas.

Educational Qualification:
Project: Investigating narrow bandgap two-dimensional materials to design room temperature, broadband, mid and long-wave-infrared integrated photodetectors.
Junior Research Fellow:
- M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Tech [R] in Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering or similar with specialization in Electronics /Optical Communication /Microelectronics /Nanotechnology /Photonics /Optoelectronics / VLSI or similar with minimum 60% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA at both B.Tech./B.E. and M.E./M.Tech. Levels. (Or) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or similar with minimum 65% marks or 7.0/10 CGPA and Valid GATE score (or) M.Sc. (with GATE/NET/GPAT) in Electronics or similar with 65% marks or 7.0/10 CGPA.
- Desirable: Strong knowledge in Semiconductor Material and Device physics.
- Understanding of Optoelectronic devices such as Photodetectors, Lasers, Solar cells, etc.
- Previous experience in device modelling using MATLAB/TCAD and material modelling/simulation using DFT are desirable but not mandatory.
