Company Secretary:
- Should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with the desired qualification of LLB.
- Should have a minimum of 04 to 05 years of post-qualification experience in any reputed organization.
- Should have experience in handling different meetings, maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, secretaries, and shareholders with all their past and present shareholdings, organising Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), preparing agendas and taking minutes, secretarial and compliance matters as per Companies Act, 2013 about a public company.
- Should have the ability and proficiency to interact with Central Government, nominee Directors and Officials.
Tenure of engagement: The tenure of engagement will be for 3 (Three) years, which can be extended further based on the performance for another two years.
Age Limit(As on 24 November 2023): Should not be more than 35 years of age.
Salary:
- Consolidated pay of Rs 1,00,000/p.m (with annual increment of 3% for completed year of service)
- The additional amount of 35% of consolidated pay as other emoluments like newspaper, washing allowance, telephone/mobile expenses, etc.
- Annual encashable leave of 30 days.
- Casual leave – 12 days
- Medical reimbursement of Rs 2,000/- per month
- Lease accommodation limiting to Rs. 15,000/- p.m
Selection Process:
The candidate would be shortlisted based on the profile, area of experience, etc. and be called for a personal interview. The final selection shall be based on their personal interview performance.
