Educational Qualification:

Faculty:

  • Shall be a Graduate (any i.e., Science/Commerce/Arts) /PostGraduate; however, preference may be given to MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/ Psychology/B.Sc.(Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc.( Agri. Marketing)/B.A. with B.Ed. etc.
  • Shall have a flair for teaching and possess sound
    Computer Knowledge,Excellent communication skills in the local language, and fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
  • Skills in Typing in Local Language are essential. Typing skills in Hindi/ English typing, an added advantage.
  • Previous experience as Faculty preferred

Office Assistant:

  • Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com/ with computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Basic Accounting is a preferred
    qualification.
  • Shall be fluent in spoken and written local language. Fluency in Hindi/English would be an added qualification.
  • Shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet.
  • Skills in the local language are essential; typing skills in English is an added advantage.

Attendant:

  • Shall be a Matriculate.
  • Ability to read and write in the local language is preferred.

Duration: The contract will be valid for three years, subject to annual review and renewal by the Trust once a year.

Selection Process for IOB Careers:

  • The selection process will be based on
    • Written Test to assess General Knowledge and Computer capability
    • Personal Interview to assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability and ability to get along with the trainees, developmental approach
    • Demonstration/Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication capability
  • The written test is for Faculty and Office Assistants, the personal interview is for all three posts and the demonstration/presentation is for Faculty and Attender posts.

Experience: 08 years of experience in the Bank in Officer’s Cadre out of which 03 years of experience in the Risk Management Department.

Manager(Civil) MMGS II:

Qualification: Full-Time B.E./ B. Tech Degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualification: Full Time B.E/B. Tech in architecture to have a valid registration of Council of Architect (CoA) To have knowledge of Auto CAD and should be conversant with Govt. guidelines about procurement of works, goods and services.

Experience: 05 years of experience in Planning, Designing, supervising and executing Multistoried Commercial/ Institutional/Residential projects along with interior works and involving experiences in preparing cost estimates for construction work in Govt./semi. Govt. Dept or institutions/Public Sector Undertaking/ Listed corporate or group companies.

Manager(Electrical) MMGS II:

Qualification: Full-Time B.E./ B. Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering.



Experience:

  • 05 years of experience in maintenance of Electrical Substations of 2000 KVA Transformer capacity and above, Electrical Distribution Systems in Multistory Buildings, Projects and Maintenance of HVAC Systems, DG Sets, energy-saving devices, starters, control panels, HT-LT switch gears, cabling lifts, etc. and also in preparation of tender specifications, evaluation and checking of contractor bills.
  • Possessing a valid Electrical Supervisors Certificate of Competency issued by the Electrical Licensing Board.

  • Preference will be given to applicants with post–graduation in Business/Management/Finance/Banking.

Experience: 2 years of work experience in Treasury Operation of Bank/NBFC/FI.

Selection Process:

  • Selection will be made based on an Online Examination followed by an Interview. Candidates qualifying in the Online Examination will be called for personal Interviews. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for Online Examination or Interview.
  • The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Online Examination and Interview after preliminary screening/shortlisting regarding candidates’ qualifications, experience, and profile vis-à-vis job requirements.
  • Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be available on the website. The final selected list will be published on the website.

Note: The interview will be held at any Centres across India, as desired by the Bank (Physical or Online Mode through video conference) and will be advised in the interview call letters.
