IIM: The Misra Centre for Financial Markets and Economy (MCFME) at IIM Ahmedabad facilitates research on contemporary issues related to financial markets within the overall economic framework and disseminates knowledge via seminars, conferences, media outreach, and more. Educational Qualification:
Research Associate:
- Applicants must have a master’s degree in engineering/management/economics or a subject related to energy/environment with substantial coursework in quantitative methods.
- Applicants must have strong quantitative data analysis skills, sound knowledge of econometric methods, experience in data analysis using any standard software (R/Stata), excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English, experience in conducting/managing market research, and record of authoring/coauthoring/contributing to industry/research reports/white papers.
- At least two (2) years of academic research or industry work experience in the domain of clean energy and/or sustainable transportation (electric mobility domain is preferred) is required.
- Postdoctoral researchers are encouraged to apply. For candidates with a Ph.D., the above work experience requirement may be waived.
Duration:
- This is a full-time on-campus job.
- The position will be initially offered for a period of six months and may be extended up to one year depending on performance, at the discretion of the faculty supervisors.
Note: The Research Associate will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and will be required to travel within India.

Executive – eLearning:
- Master’s degree in Communication, Education, or a related field is preferred
- The candidate should be a first-class graduate from any reputed university with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in teaching assistantship, eLearning course development, instructional design, or multimedia production is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of one or more online creative and visual tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, OBS Studio, etc., is an added advantage.
- The candidate should be familiar with one or more learning management systems, like Moodle, Open edX, Canvas, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of instructional design is desirable.
- The candidate should have a strong command of the English language (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
