Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: The Central Bank of India has announced notification for the posts of Faculty/Specialist Officers. There is a total of 194 vacancies available in the above-mentioned posts. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/B.A/B.Sc/M.A/MSW/B.Ed/B.Com/MBA/MCA/M.Sc/Masters/Graduate/CA are eligible to apply for the job. Essential:

MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. Etc.
Should have the flair of teaching with Computer knowledge (MS Office knowledge, internet knowledge, English and Hindi typing knowledge)

Desirable:

Retd. Bank Officials with experience as an officer and candidates with experience working as faculty in rural Development will get preference With the qualifications stated above.

Essential Experience:

Should be well conversant with the Local language.
Should be a resident of the same State, preferably in the same or nearby district/residing at the headquarters of RSETI centre.

Job Profile:

The functioning of the Faculty shall be broadly to assist the Director in conducting Training and Awareness Programmes, Generation of Applications and selection of Candidate, Preparation of Annual Action Plan, Logistics for Training Programme, Handling Sessions, Preparation of Notes and similar other activities of the centre.

Duration: The candidate shall be appointed on a Contract basis for one year. Contract renewal may be considered at the sole discretion of Society/Trust and subject to satisfactory performance.

Age Limit: Less than 65 years & above 18 years of age with sound health

Salary: The monthly contract shall be fixed at Rs.20000/-. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be based on a Written/Computer test and personal interview, and the decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final.

Selection Process:

The selection process includes an Online written test and Personal interview.

The structure of the Examination which will be as follows:

The test will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. All questions will be objective type with five options
For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
The qualifying Marks in Written Test shall be 50% for General/EWS category and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD. However in case of lesser number of candidates being qualifying call may be taken for reducing the cut-off.
The interview will be conducted for 100 marks. Qualifying marks for interview will be 50% for general/EWS candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates.
Candidates who are successful in online test will be subsequently called for interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norm does not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview
