BEML Recruitment 2023: Bharat Earth Movers Limited has announced for the post of Assistant Manager/Officer/Other posts in various disciplines. There are 101 vacancies available for these posts. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Diploma/Graduate/Post graduate/MCA/CA/CMA/MSW/MA/LLB are eligible to apply for the job. Educational Qualification:

Executive Director (Operations Excellence/Strategy & Alliance Management/Engines):

  • First Class Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution.
  • Postgraduate degree/MBA /diploma in technology/management will have added advantage.
  • The candidate should have atleast 5-10 years of experience

Deputy General Manager (R&D/Production/Marketing/Planning):

  • First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Production Engineering from a recognized University / Institution or Col/ Lt.Col from the Indian Army With an Equivalent Degree issued by the Indian Army.
  • Post Graduation/diploma/Higher Qualification in IC Engine Thermal Engg/Combustion Engg/Industrial/Production/Aerospace/Production will be of added advantage.

Assistant Manager(Production/ R&D/Production control/Legal/Cyber Security/Network ):

  • First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical /Automobile/Industrial Production/IT / CS / IS/Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized University / Institution Or First-Class MCA
  • Graduate in Law from a recognised University / Institute
  • Post Graduation or Higher Qualification in IC Engine /Thermal Engg/ Combustion Engg/ Industrial Production will be of added advantage

Assistant General Manager (Planning/Quality Engineering):

  • Col/ Lt.Col from the Indian Army. With an Equivalent Degree from the Indian Army or
  • First Class Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from a recognized University /Institution.

Senior Manager (Production control/HR/Legal):

  • First Class Degree in Mechanical /Automobile/Production Engineering from a recognized University / Institution Or Officer With an Equivalent Degree from the Indian Army.
  • First Class – Post Graduate degree (Two years full time) / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel management/ Human Resource management or MBA (with HR as Major)/Post Graduate Diploma /Program in Management in HR / IR /MSW / MA (Social Work with HR/IR / Personnel Management)from a recognised university/institution or
  • Graduate in Law from a recognised University /Institute

Officer (Production/Planning/Production Control/Mechanical/Electrical/Material Management/Legal):

  • First Class Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering/Automobile/Production Engineering from a recognized University /Institution

Chief General Manager(Defence Marketing/Finance):

  • First Class Degree in Engineering from a recognized University /Institution. (or) Equivalent qualification for Defence personnel.
  • Postgraduate degree/diploma in technology /management will have added advantage.

Deputy General Manager(Marketing/Planning/Company Secretary):

  • First Class Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial/Production Engineering. (or) Equivalent qualification for Army personnel OR
  • Qualified and Practicing Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India.

Assistant General Manager (Marketing/Quality/Finance/HR):

  • First Class Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial/Production EngineeringEngineering. (or) Equivalent qualification for Army personnel Or
  • CA / CMA (ICWA)/First Class Full Time MBA in Finance from a recognised institution

General Manager(International Business):



  • First Class Degree in Engineering from a recognized University /Institution.
  • Postgraduate degree /diploma would be an added advantage.

Manager (Corporate Communications/Security & Intelligence/Finance):

  • CA/CMA (ICWA)/ First Class Full Time MBA In Finance from a recognised institution OR
  • Graduate in any Discipline with Post Graduation / PG Diploma in Public Relations /Journalism /Mass Communication Advertising Or
  • Graduate in Any Discipline

Assistant Officer (Security):

  • Graduate in Any Discipline

Management Trainee (Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy/HR):

  • B.E/ B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy Engineering with an average of 60% marks Or
  • First Class – Post Graduate degree (Two years full time)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel management /Human Resource management or MBA (with HR as Major) / Post Graduate Diploma / Program in Management in HR / IR / MSW / MA (Social Work with HR/IR / Personnel Management) from a recognised university /institution.

Training Period: Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year, from the date of their joining



Bond: Selected Candidates are required to execute a Service Bond to serve the Company for a period of 4 years including training period

Selection Process:

  • The selection process will be based on a Written Test and Personal Interview.
  • Candidates provisionally shortlisted after the assessment process must undergo a pre-employment medical examination before joining.
  • Intimation regarding Assessments (written test, interview and others), issuance of provisional offer/ final offer etc., will be sent only through e-mail.
  • The list of shortlisted/selected candidates for final selection will be uploaded in the Company’s website.
