Air India Job Vacancy 2024:
AIESL invites applications from Indian Nationals fulfilling the requirements to fill up posts of GRADUATE ENGINEER (TRAINEE) and also to form a panel for future requirements on a Fixed Term Employment basis for an initial period of five years and further extension based on the Company’s requirement and subject to performance of the candidate. The selected candidates may be posted at any region/station of the company, depending upon the requirements of AIESL.
Applications are invited from eligible open market candidates to fill the Regional Security Officer (RSO)/Assistant Supervisor (Security) positions at AIESL. The engagement will be as given hereunder through Written Test/ Interaction from the open market on a “Fixed Term Employment basis” (FTE)” and also to form a Wait for future requirements.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate Engineer Trainee(Support Services):
- Candidates with a B.E/ B. Tech Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical /Electrical/ Electronics/Telecommunications/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Industrial/ Production Engineering or its equivalent from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University with 60% and above along with a valid GATE Percentile of 85% & above (80% & above for SC/ST/OBC) may apply application in the prescribed format as attached.
Regional Security Officer (RSO)/Assistant Supervisor (Security)::
- Graduates in any discipline (minimum 3 years‟ duration) from any Recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
- MUST possess valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (latest new pattern) Certificate with minimum 03 month’s validity as on 01.11.2024
- Preferable: BCAS Certified XBIS Screener (Valid Certification)
- Proficiency in firefighting
- Knowledge in industrial security
- Knowledge in disaster management
- Knowledge of unarmed combat
- Legal Knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Word /Internet
- NCC” B/C” Certificate.

Selection Process for AIESL Careers:
Graduate Engineer Trainee(Support Services):
- The selection procedure involves personal interviews of the candidates who prima facie meet eligibility criteria & Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
- The short-listed candidates will be inducted as per vacancies subject to being found FIT in the Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
Regional Security Officer/Assistant Supervisor:
- Candidates who prima facie meets eligibility criteria will require to appear for Written Test followed by Personal Interaction.
- The selected candidates will have to bear the cost of pre-employment medical examination.
